The OHL Group has launched Young Talents to incorporate professionals into the company with huge potential and different profiles, ranging from engineering to business administration & management. Through this program, nearly fifty recent graduates have acquired their first work experience by participating in infrastructure and international company projects.

OHL has a job market incorporation plan for disabled persons or groups at a risk of social exclusion. Furthermore, Ingesan, a subsidiary of OHL Servicios, has joined the Business Network to Eradicate Violence against Women in Society by signing an agreement with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality of the Government of Spain, to encourage awareness about gender violence and the incorporation of victims into the job market.
