Our office building at Castellana 81 in Madrid, refurbished by OHL, has obtain a Gold WELL Certification in the Core&Shell class, becoming the first building in Spain and one of the first five in Europe to obtain this certification, considered the best in the world, exclusively focusing on personal health and wellbeing


Research and innovation help improve our environmental performance, energy efficiency, the fight against climate change and water management, amongst others. In order to move forward in this field, we collaborate with various universities and cutting-edge research centers.


(Retrofitting Solutions and Services for the enhancement of Energy Efficiency in Public Edification), an RDI initiative included in the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union, for the development of energy efficiency strategies and solutions applicable at the refurbishment and renovation stages of public buildings, to include smart materials, nanotechnology, renewable energies or energy storage systems.
