Employment and supply chain
We generate direct and indirect employment in those communities where we are present and hold a close relationship with local suppliers, encouraging a dynamic local economy.
OHL works to ensure that its supply chain meets the best criteria in terms of human and employment rights, and protection of the environment, encouraging a mutually satisfactory relationship and providing our clients with the utmost quality and trust in our work, promoting adherence to the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
We encourage employability and a better quality of life amongst underprivileged social groups, through specific learning and training plans, as well as other social action projects, and collaborate in educational actions launched at schools and training centers within our projects’ area of influence.
We promote social initiatives in conjunction with our employees, thereby encouraging corporate volunteer work and, as a consequence, everyone’s commitment to society.
