The Cubipod, which is being successfully used in other countries such as Denmark or Algeria, is an RDI development for the construction of the principal layer in port slope breakwaters. This action is added to the other port projects carried out recently by OHL in this island, as is the construction of a new mooring line parallel to the Nelson Mandela dock, the construction of the África dock, specifically in the third phase of the breakwater in 2013 and in the closing harbor wall of the same in 2015, all of them located in the Port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (España).
