72nd Street Station. EEUU

OHL, through its subsidiary Judlau, has completed the construction of the finishes and fit-out of the structural station shell for the 72nd Street Station, a component of the new Second Avenue Subway in New York.  The Second Avenue Line had been in the planning stages for nearly 100 years, but encountered financial challenges and remained unbuilt, until the MTA resumed efforts to fund and construct Phase One a few years ago. 

National Theatre of Prague. Czech Republic

The rehabilitation project begun in May 2012 and finished in December 2015. It included the repair of the overlay of the historical building and its ornamental and artistic elements. Some of the highlights of the project were the renovation of the cornice below the tholobate, known as the Fantyš Corner, the repair of the ornate coffered ceiling in the main entrance, and the door and window frames, columns, pilasters and balustrades.

Puebla Elevated Bypass. Mexico

Construction, exploit, operate, preserve and maintain the Puebla Elevated Bypass, for a 30-year term following the start-up of operations.

20 MW Picture Rocks Photovoltaic Plant. USA.

This photovoltaic plant in Tucson (U.S.A.) has 20 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity and uses horizontal-axis follow-up technology.

The installation has crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules of varying power (280 watts (W) and 295 ), installed single-axis trackers connected to a 20 MW sub-station through 16 inverter transformer stations of 1.25 MW each.

EQUINOX, a project to reduce air pollution

OHL is participating in LIFE EQUINOX (surface treatments for pavements that eliminate nitrogen oxides in urban areas), an RDI project set in the framework of the EU’s LIFE+ call for proposals that has enabled the development of a new pavement for the urban environment, capable of reducing the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) generated by traffic, through the photo-catalytic action of titanium dioxide (TiO2).
